I've been waiting more than 3 weeks for an order I paid expedited shipping on. Repeated attempts to resolve through customer service have not yielded any satisfactory resolutions. I still have none of my items, USPS says they're still awaiting the items (I've had a tracking number for 3 weeks, but it just continues to indicate they're awaiting the parcel...) and there's been no real effort on Scottish Kilt's part to figure out where my items are or refund my shipping or re-send my apparently lost items...
