Before I even received my kilt, I knew I'd leave a positive review. I was contacted by the support staff that the tartan I had picked was not in stock, and if I'd like to change my pick, I'd even get a matching sporran or similar product free of charge. It took a bit to assure them that I didn't mind waiting a few more weeks, but it felt good to know how seriously this store takes customer satisfaction. Fast-forward about a month, and I come home to find a package waiting for me. Now, these kilts are made from an acrylic material, but the cloth felt SO nice! Warm to the touch, soft, nice and heavy. The waist was thicker than expected, but this is now my favourite kilt and I hate every moment at work when I have to wear trousers. Long story short, happy with both product and customer service.
