I have never had such a negative customer service experience. I ordered over $200 worth of merchandise and paid extra for express shipping. My items were shipped to the incorrect location not once but twice. I still have not received the items I purchased. I have been haggling with customer service for over a month and they refuse to offer any type of refund even though I still have not received any of the items I purchased. I sincerely urge anyone thinking about buying from this company to reconsider.
