Customer service is good. Lots of communication. The shipping could be better, as you seem to always want to charge me extra for a remote location, which I am not. The product is fairly good for the price. I have ordered a LOT from you folks in the way of kilts and accessories as I am in charge of outfitting our junior band. But I ordered a pair of Trews for my husband. He takes a 36-inch waist and a 32-inch leg. I can buy trousers in this size off the rack for him and they always fit; however, these trews were way toooo small, especially tight in the legs and he has very slim legs.
