Ordered a kilt outfit for St. Patrick's Day this year, paid for express shipping and rush order. Received the order and they shipped the wrong tartan. Wanted to replace the order with the tartan I ordered, but it would not be here in time for St. Patrick's Day. I asked for a full refund once they told me it would not be here in time, which seemed to blow their mind and then they offered a partial refund. I gave them until the end of the week to issue the refund, which they did not, so I filed a dispute with my bank.
