I placed an order in Feb or Mar 2024 and was notified less than a week later that the tartan I'd chosen was out of stock. They immediately offered to refund the money, but i advised that i was willing to wait until June as i have an event in July. They couldn't promise anything but the communication was excellent. I received my order in May and love it.
