I just received my kilt. I've never owned one. I needed one for a play (Macbeth) and everything on Amazon would have been way to short for me. I anticipated having to get over feeling like I was wearing a skirt. Nope! It actually feels pretty badass. And it also feels like I could have kids hanging off the belt loops and they wouldn't break. It's a solid, yet comfortable and breezy, piece of clothing. I don't know where I'll wear it outside of the play I'm in, but I kind of want to find a reason to.
