I specifically asked for the kilt to have buckles; I got a waist that was adjustable with Velcro. Now in order to wear the kilt, I need a belt, which I ordered, and have yet to receive. (It has been a number of weeks.) I ordered a special pin to go with the kilt; it is cheaply made and looks like it will break easily. Overall, I am disappointed. Given the money and the time I have spent, I thought it would be better all around.
