I am so disappointed. I don’t know how great the kilt is because it still hasn’t arrived. Communication with customer service is difficult and information just isn’t being transmitted effectively. I ordered a kilt on November 26th for rush shipment to an FPO address. After it was sent with a carrier that doesn’t deliver to FPO addresses, I received an email that it had been returned to the factory and what did I want done with it? I emailed back that it should be resent by US postal service or rush shipped to me immediately to have any chance of my son receiving it by Christmas. I asked that I be informed if they could send it by US postal service or if it was being sent to me. One week later I received the first email again; nothing had been done. I resent my request and also called the 1-800 number. The person who answered asked me if he could call me tomorrow!! I said no. I need a resolution today. I was told that I would receive a return call with the solution the next day. I have not received a return call nor have I received a kilt!! Christmas has come and gone and my son didn’t receive his Christmas present. I am so disappointed. I would love to believe that the kilts are terrific but no one in my family has seen one yet!
