Misplaced an order because of monitor colour problems, and freaked out for no reason because their support staff was there to save the day. Contacted five days after order and they were still ready, willing, and able to replace the order with my correct kilt and sizes. Amazing service and I cannot wait to recieve my tailored product. I definitely recommend them.
