The staff is extremely helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. The kilt itself is so well made from the best quality cow hide leather, and unbelievably comfortable. It holds my pleats very well, and don't wrinkle as easy as many modern kilts on the market today. The material feels great, breathes great, and looks great.
