Even when we were bad customers (We thought our order wasn't going to arrive on time), the customer support was great. The order was said to arrive by a certain date, we had not received it and it was getting into the afternoon. We made a not-so-nice phone call to their customer service. They were professional and very helpful, tracking the package and checking the delivery date. They verified delivery was scheduled for that day. Package arrived about 1 hour later. Thank you! And apologies from us for not being as gracious as their customer support. Would absolutely recommend Scottish Kilt. Delivered as promised.
