First, the materials used were great!
However, my kilt was 3" too short. I ordered 21" length and I received 18". The waist was smaller than labeled. It was labeled 34", but it was actually 32".
I've tried talking to customer support twice over phone and over email, but the conversations were impossible. They understand English words, but the way they speak is very strange and it's nearly impossible to have an effective conversation.
