A live person answered the helpline. He assured me that Scottish Kilt would arrive within 10 days with expedited shipping- and it did. The kilts were well made, AND they stocked a hard to find pattern that typically has to be special-ordered from Europe on all the other websites we tried. We ended up ordering three kilts.
