While the quality of your product was good, the customer service was disgraceful. I paid for Express shipping guarentee d for a week delivery which turned into 3 fuel to overseas shipping. No where did it say it was coming from overseas. Then I never was able to print a legitimate invoice. When I worked with your zen desk on this matter, they were rude and dismissive. I will never order from your company again. You need to internally check and improve your customer service!!!
