My nan (82) ordered an armchair and 3 seat sofa in January 2022. The armchair arrived fine and in good condition in May 2022, where as the sofa was damaged so she sent it back for it to be sorted, a replacement sofa then arrived and that to was damaged so she sent it back. From May, it has been going on nearly three months without a replacement and calling up the customer support team hasn't helped because everytime time we've called up to ask about the replacement they haven't been any help, or, have straight up hung up after we've made our enquiry about the issue. I wouldn't recommend buying from this place because if something does go wrong and you want it to be resolved it doesn't get sorted
