Absolutely appalling service. Item never been shipped so never arrived. No communications. Customer service disgusting. Do yourself a favour and spend your money somewhere else

Atrocious customer service. Garden set arrived damaged. Rang and reported and agreed for return and replacement. Nothing happened. Phoned and re-arranged a further three times and no action. Emailed complaint requesting return. No response. Terrible.

Still waiting for reimbursement from pre Xmas 2023. Non arrival of one of the Xmas presents I ordered. Wasn't told that it was unavailable. 2 if not 3 phone calls later each time saying they had processed the issue and the money would be paid into my bank account in 5-7 days and it still hasn't. Will not be using them again and will continue to pursue for my money.

Appalling customer service. Ordered a duvet cover that never turned up as not available. They didn't tell me. They didn't answer my email . customer service on phone after trying for 25 minutes I gave up and rang place order option and low and behold they answered straight away. I have finally been refunded but I don't think I would have if I hadn't kept trying to contact them. Avoid this company as no customer care.

Appalling customer service. Product not as described and refuse to give refund. Not giving me my statutory rights. No reply to my emails. Can't leave review on website. Will never shop there again.

I placed an online order on 6/12/2023 and received no acknowledgement however they charged my card within 30 secs of placing the order. I followed up with 3 messages on their web site that they claim to answer in 48 hours and have yet to receive any response. I then phoned them which they charge 7p/min for and had one useless Agent that did anything but help. I then tried again this time they advised (after another 20 mins at my cost) they had received the order but it was not processed correctly in their system and delivery would be February (no good for Christmas 2023) - I cancelled the order and still await my refund and the confirming email - another empty promise. This was an excellent Company that I have used many times in the past but I feel that they have ruined what was a trusted business. I intend to follow this up as they owe me < £350 which they appear in no hurry to refund or indeed acknowledge the cancellation. As it stands I have no idea what is happening and fear this may need to be escalated before I see my money returned.

I ordered led bulbs which were shown in their Sales Catalogue, presale £24.95, sale price £5.95. The item was sold as a pack of 4. I ordered 3 packs( total price £17.85 for 12 bulbs). When the parcel arrived there were 3 led bulbs! I immediately sent an email to their Customer Services address asking for an explanation. I have not received any reply from Scott’s despite sending a second email 2 weeks later. Like other complainants I did not bother telephoning since their response time is always very long or not at all. This is not the first time I have experienced poor service from them. They are not a reliable organisation and should be avoided.

Item paid for in February has still not arrived and no communication as to when it will? The email address appears not to work and they never answer the phone - have waited 25 minutes before giving up! Today told - when tried via ordered line that it was only an 8 minute wait - they cut you off at 8 minutes that’s why!!! The item is still in their catalogue so why the delay? They have your money and no goods - shocking service!

Made it order over a month ago still have not received it they keep saying the same thing about my address I give him the address nothing ever changes no product no refund yet don't trust them

Told a 3 month delivery time for a "handmade" chair. It actually took 7 months. Even though Scott's do not make the chair's they do sell them and therefore in my opinion have a duty of responsibility to their customers, which frankly I'm amazed they have any, given the reviews they receive. I would never recommend this store to anyone, there are plenty of better options, do not choose Scott's.

My nan (82) ordered an armchair and 3 seat sofa in January 2022. The armchair arrived fine and in good condition in May 2022, where as the sofa was damaged so she sent it back for it to be sorted, a replacement sofa then arrived and that to was damaged so she sent it back. From May, it has been going on nearly three months without a replacement and calling up the customer support team hasn't helped because everytime time we've called up to ask about the replacement they haven't been any help, or, have straight up hung up after we've made our enquiry about the issue. I wouldn't recommend buying from this place because if something does go wrong and you want it to be resolved it doesn't get sorted

I ordered a music centre and was given 3 weeks delivery. Today the delivery is another 7 weeks and they still can’t guarantee that the item will be delivered in 7 weeks. They’ll have had my money for 8 weeks without me getting my item. They say it’s down to suppliers but they shouldn’t take my money without a definite delivery date. Don’t order from these if any item is out of stock. Think I will be cancelling my order. It’s now £30 cheaper than when I placed my order

It is impossible to give Scotts of Stow any stars, not even one in any category. After ordering an item which was shown as in stock and not receiving it for a month I emailed to get status and was told there was a delay. I accepted this as reasonable because of the corona situation. However, after two months and the item still being shown as in stock on their website, I asked for a refund and was immediately fobbed off because the item was in “despatch process”. Three months later I complained via PayPal and gave them a poor rating on Trustpilot. Immediately someone was in touch saying they will process the refund. The refund was due this week but, miraculously, the item appeared on my doorstep this morning. I have now asked that they arrange for the item to be picked up and a refund processed immediately as I no longer want or need it. It will be interesting to see their next step. Needless to say, I will never shop with them again and will always warn others of their unacceptable way of doing business.

Found what I was looking for as it does not seem to be available on the High Street, but as I'm not a lover of internet shopping, due to it's damage to our High Streets, one has no choice. The goods arrived quickly and undamaged (I often read that this is the case with delivery companies, or left exposed to theft on door steps. )
