I wish I had read reviews before ordering my bistro set: garden chairs and table, and paying for them. When they didn't turn up I called the company. "They're out of stock." Why did nobody call me? Why was I not refunded the money? Why do I still wait for acknowledgement that cost has been refunded? What a shock to experience this appalling lack of service, or even customer respect. Previous experiences of this company were always impressive - but that is some time ago. Sad.
