Still waiting for reimbursement from pre Xmas 2023. Non arrival of one of the Xmas presents I ordered. Wasn't told that it was unavailable. 2 if not 3 phone calls later each time saying they had processed the issue and the money would be paid into my bank account in 5-7 days and it still hasn't.
Will not be using them again and will continue to pursue for my money.
