Item paid for in February has still not arrived and no communication as to when it will? The email address appears not to work and they never answer the phone - have waited 25 minutes before giving up! Today told - when tried via ordered line that it was only an 8 minute wait - they cut you off at 8 minutes that’s why!!!
The item is still in their catalogue so why the delay? They have your money and no goods - shocking service!
