I bought a pair of golf shoes in August that included a £60 voucher for golf now clearly advertised on their website. After purchasing the item they took down the advertisement and told me that the offer had expired. Luckily I took a screenshot, eventually after a lot of emails they apologised and offered me two £60 vouchers. These vouchers have a 365 day expire date. When I went to use these vouchers after a few months they were invaded. I spoken to golf now and they say you need to speak to Scottsdale golf as that where you purchased the item. Scottsdale Dale are refusing to give me a valid promotional code or reimburse me. Be careful when buying anything from this company as they don't honour their offers even when it's clearly in black and white. They try fobbing you off with invalid promotional codes
