Have placed an order which was due to arrive on 18th October. The items were birthday presents. Birthdays have passed items still not arrived. Daily texts apologising. No expected delivery date given. I have emailed constantly, i only ever get templated responses, that don’t give me a delivery date.
The order was over £300. Any recommendations on what to do next?
