Just don't bother. I ordered about £200 of clothes on Black Friday, in what initially seemed to be a nice discount event. Two weeks days later my order has not even been processed and customer service is nowhere to be found. I managed to DM them on Twitter, where they said they have zero availability on my items and they keep insisting that I can cancel my order. Who is going to give me the more than £100 I am losing now that Black Friday is over? I could have bought from somewhere else. Now all prices are back no normal :( . Btw, they still advertise the same items they tell me are out of stock, 10 days later, knowingly misadvertising out of stock items to get cash. Not choosing ever again; learnt that lesson.
