Courier left parcel outside of the house in an unsafe place, when I returned home the parcel had gone.
I have tried to contact customer services of which there is none, no contact number. I did send an email 11 days ago and still not had an acknowledgement receipt or reply .
So now I am left with no parcel and no way of claiming a refund.
I would like a refund asap
