Looking for a specific pair of trainers that Scott's magically had a lot cheaper than others in my size. Was advised of further discounts, sign up for newsletter, download app etc. Not one of the codes I was sent worked. I contacted customer service numerous times without a single response regards any of my queries. (2 weeks on)
