Contacted customer service they ignored me raised a compliant told different actions by their representatives all differ from each other. Item not fit for purpose poor quality and bought same item as a replacement from competitors store better item. They are still arguing and changing opinion on what I should do challenged payment Save yourself the hassle time and money shop elsewhere
