Can’t believe the level of service I have received as a new customer who placed a £200 order....order not despatched for 6 days....then order partially cancelled...that was 10 days ago and I sent it back but still waiting for a refund. Logged a complaint and a manager promised to deal with it and offer me a gesture of goodwill and never called me back. Morgan then replied to my Trustpilot review and I emailed him back as he promised to resolve....a week on and I haven’t had any communication....DO NOT BUY you will regret it....!
