Scott are refusing to refund my money because they can't find their own goods. I placed an order just after Christmas expecting my trainers to be ready for collection on the 28th December in time for new years eve, but order was no where to be seen until the 4th of Jan. I was unable to collect the trainers due to work commitments and the trainers were supposed to be returned automatically after 7 days. 1 month on they still can't find the goods are refusing to refund the money
