A proper joke of the company.
Returned item which went missing. Emailed them several times to get the refund but they can't seems to be able to do anything untill they get confirmation from hermes.
I don't even believe they contacted hermes at all.
Had to contact credit card company to get the money back avoid at all cost. Don't waste your time and money.
