I am so fed up. This app has been nothing but problems. My daughters iPhone is not working at all. her apps are gone and her internet text and calling doesn't work and she is going away this weekend. Beyond frustrating and upsetting. I have emailed customer care and have gotten nothing back. Her phone is literally deactivated. I removed the app and deleted her as a child on my app and deleted the app and her phone still wont work......Any one have any suggestions? This is urgent.
