Unbelievably shocking service from Screwfix. Avoid at all costs...
I placed order online for a Boiler for next day delivery. Order was placed on 1st November and today is 11th November and still my Boiler is not delivered. Contacted customer service more than 8 times...everytime they promise it will be delivered same day or next day...all lies..
Made two complaints to complaints department, not a single response yet..
Never received such a disgusting service ever from any other.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
