Absolutely abysmal service from Screwfix. Two orders placed a day apart and both orders go missing. The customer service is a waste of time as they lie about when the orders will arrive. The quote next day delivery and 2 to 3 day delivery, yet it took 11 days for 1 order to arrive and still had products missing, the other one still has not arrived. Their solution is to offer a refund once they receive the undelivered back in the depot.
Would never use again as very deceitful with their information and have no respect for their customers time.
