Appalling service, ordered and paid £99.99 for a sander Click and collect on the 28th Feb
Got phone call 3 days later saying that Parcel Force have lost it and will resend and ready for pick up tomorrow at Middleton branch but Still Nothing. Phone and Emailed for refund. It now the 8th March and No Item and No Refund. Got to have time off tomorrow to go in bank and ask them to Step in.
Item needed for job thank god for Tool station saved the day ordered and picked up same day.
