Hartlepool Branch.
Branch needs to vet or train employees in a bot of customer service. Possibly the third time staff have not been the best for me.
“Surname” “Confirm address”, that was todays conversation. No hello, thank you, good bye. I often get the feeling they don't want to be there.
One time, the staff were to busy with their own conversation than dealing with me. Needs a couple of adults whom know how to interact with customers.
