Screwfix are getting worse.
They are shooting themselves in the foot and wondering why it hurts.
Their app is now even more difficult to use.
They only supply things in bulk (packets of 5 etc). Only catering for trade which is no good if you only need one.
They are starting to become more expensive.
Tge staff are fantastic. Great to speak to.
Compared to their closed competition, who seems to be on the ball and accommodates both trade and household customers at the same time.
Keep it up Screwfix and we may see you closing stores.
