Ordered a product for delivery to my old address by mistake. Item already recorded as delivered by Parcelforce (who i was unable to contact). Contacted Screwfix Customer Service (Jilly). Within thirty minutes item had been traced. The driver had left it at the nearest Screwfix counter after it was rejected at the delivery address. It was delivered to my new address the next day.
