First time in visiting Priorswood Branch but was amazed at the service and knowledge of staff . Daniel Donovan especially . My cottage was flooded and so I was both distraught and anxious when purchasing a wet and dry vacuum. He not only calmed me down but gave good advice and much needed support . First class service all round .
