Just lost me as a customer - I don't want to be searching a tablet or mobile device for my purchases..
I get home or on site - Look through the book & place my order..
Without a book to look through, It's time consuming & nowhere near as effective to finding what you want.
I go home to be away from mobile devices, not stuck to one looking for materials.
I've just gone to Toolstation, 5mins with the book & done.
Screwfix is not for me anymore.
