I am a business owner of a 247 plumbing and heating company. My local branch is Staples corner. As you can imagine I have 100s of orders per week from this store. In the last 3 years I’ve never had a problem or an issue. I’m always welcomed with a smile and on some days a free hot drink and donut. As a loyal regular customer I feel valued and respected. Due to the great consistent service from Screwfix it has enabled me to expand my company. I just wanted to take time out to say THANKYOU to the Staples corner team!!! 😊 I would like to give recognition to Viraj, Suruj & Layla. I feel that they always go above and beyond! They are all a great example of great customer service and a true asset to Screwfix.
