Screwfix is by far is the worst retail company I ever dealt with, every time i order a product to be delivered to my address they always get it wrong, and they always have the same old excuses for their failure, I took a day off waited for the delivery nobody turn up and no phone call to apologize, next day the same, this happened 5 times with five different orders.
when i called them they seem that they don't care, and they telling me that delivery has been rescheduled 3 days later without informing me.
I will definitely avoid those cowboys in the future.
