Because every time I go and the staff make you feel welcome and they are most helpful to get the items you want and if they are not installed they will make sure that they are delivered to your door as soon as possible the friendly staff help you find the right product for the job you are doing their knowledge of their job is excellent and you do not get that in most stores so I am very happy to shop at Screwfix
