I went in to buy some cement to fix around the windows and they gave me the wrong stuff, I being disabled sent my 16 year old daughter back into the store with it.
Next out ones a member of staff carrying it for her , this time with the correct stuff which was a lot dearer than the other stuff and the price I paid. They said that I did not have to pay the difference as it was their fault and for the inconvenience.
That is what I call customer service !
