Ordered taps on line (sat) and paid for delivery for monday before 6;30pm... NOTHING .
Phoned and was told i couldn't cancel until they had been delivered , and that would be Tuesday, got a text from Parcel Force saying order would be delivered today (Tuesday)
NOTHING
Phoned again and was told I could have a £10 refund for any inconvenience, ( this hasn't stopped my leaking tap ) should have gone to B&Q instead.
Lesson learned.
so they have my taps and my money.... what they don't have is my future business
