I love the click and collect. Over the last month or so, I've been working on the garden and realised I needed various tools to help with the job. I've ordered online, either at work or in the evenings, and what I've wanted has been in stock at my local branch so I've been able to pick up the next day. The late opening hours really help, because I can pick up after work and start using what I've bought straight away. Plus, there are lots of staff on hand and I've never had to wait more than 5 mins for service / to collect my order.
