Very disappointed with my recent visit in the Newport branch. Attempted to take personal information unlawfully before they would even serve me. I was made to feel i was being obstructive as I wouldn’t hand over my address to be able to buy a pack of nails... poor excuse about warranty on electrical goods needing a home address, which I was not buying and they knew that..
Nothing wrong with the products just let down by a very hostile approach to gathering information on customers probably for mailing lists.
