I regularly visit the Stairfoot branch in Barnsley, where i find the staff very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. On one occasion, I realised that I had purchased the wrong item when I arrived home. I ordered the correct item and return to the store when Vicky noticed me, she said, can you come back to exchange and had the item waiting for me. Because i paid on PayPal, she was able to quickly process the refund. It is great that staff recognise you and resolve queries so quickly. Keep up the great work.
