Were is me refund screwfix.
Bought this chain saw does the job.
However paid for two stroke oil to mix website said it was in stock.
Paid £3.98 only for it not to arrive I then bought some and rang customer services for a refund.
They said it's sorted went in store in Mansfield the employee tried to help me customer services who he spoke too said write an email.
I've spent thousands recently for them not to help.
Pathetic service where's my refund????
