Terrible customer service. The only way I could get a response was to leave a bad review on trust pilot. I ordered 2 sofas online. After waiting 12 weeks one sofa was damaged on delivery. They offered to repair but I declined. The cushions sagged after one nights use. After 5 weeks the sofas were eventually collected. Goodness knows when I will receive a refund as no communication at all and incredibly difficult to speak to anyone.
