I ordered a chair and two seater couch, they were delivered on 5th Oct. After the delivery i notice a bit ofdamage on the chair. To say that SCS are impossible to contact on this matter is an understatement, i have sent numerous emails, with pictures of the damage, but had no response what so ever. My last email stated that i am refusing to pay for the item, and that i want them to senda van to take the items away. I am completely at my wits end with this company. I am now going to have to contact the ombudsman to try and resolve this issue. I sure wont be recommending scs to any of my family and friends,. Absolutely disgusting way to treat customers!!!
