Received delivery of sofa and 2 chairs in early October 2020.Two feet on sofa were damaged and one on a chair. Reported to aftercare service, with great difficulty, at that time. Today received an SMS message giving email address to send photos. Address does not exist. Again tried several times to contact aftercare, last time listening for 30 minutes before giving up.
